Position Summary

CooperVision is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions that enable our global commercial organization. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Solution Development

Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
Develop reusable components, frameworks, and best practices.
Optimize platform performance and maintainability.

Enterprise Integration

Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms including Device servicing workflows.
Ensure development activities comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, EU MDR, GxP computer system validation principles, and CooperVision SDLC standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of enterprise application development experience.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Flow, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience using Git-based source control.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Medical Device, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud.
Experience supporting validated software systems.
