Role: Salesforce Developer

Experience: 9+ years

Work Mode: All 5 Days WFO

Work timings: 2pm to 11pm

Location: Chennai & Hyderabad

Primary Skills: Salesforce, Lightning

We are looking for a Salesforce Development Lead to spearhead our Salesforce engineering team. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing high-quality enterprise solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. You will balance hands-on technical execution, coding, architecture and security with team leadership, mentoring developers and ensuring alignment with business transformation goals.

Soft Skills

Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
Agile Delivery: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments managing sprint velocity and handling technical debt
Problem-Solving: Expert troubleshooting skills for debugging complex platform issues, governor limit exceptions and integration failures

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with specific Salesforce clouds such as Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CPQ or Commerce Cloud
Experience with large-scale data migrations and data governance practices
Knowledge of web security protocols: OAuth, SAML, SSL
