Area(s) of responsibility

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Rippling implementations and data migration.
  • Experience migrating data from Oracle HCM Cloud to Rippling, or from a comparable enterprise HCM platform into Rippling.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and effective-dated HR data.
  • Experience with Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, and Recruiting data.
  • Strong experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, OTBI, HDL, REST APIs, or equivalent integration mechanisms.
  • Experience working with CSV/file-based interfaces, APIs, SQL, and data transformation tools.
  • Ability to analyse large HR datasets and resolve data-quality and mapping issues.
  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, mock conversions, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Strong technical documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
