Cambridge Early Years Coordinator

Qualification: Master’s in Education / Early Childhood Education / Educational Leadership

Experience: 5+ years in Early Years, including 2+ years in a leadership/coordination role.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Early Years curriculum planning and implementation
• Knowledge of play-based and inquiry-driven learning
• Experience in teacher mentoring, training and instructional leadership
• Good understanding of child development, assessment and documentation
• Strong parent engagement and communication skills
• Cambridge Early Years experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Candidates with strong Early Years academic leadership experience may also be considered.

Role:

Lead the setup and implementation of the Cambridge Early Years programme, coordinating curriculum development, teacher training, assessment and academic excellence.
