The position is responsible for driving the end-to-end transformation agenda, ensuring alignment with global People strategy, business priorities, and enterprise transformation objectives. This includes establishing transformation roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, sequencing activities across multiple workstreams, and managing interdependencies among HR, Employee Services, Digital & Technology, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of EMEA People Experience and Ops transformation programs and organizational transitions.
• Define and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, change management, governance, and program risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable People solutions and operating model improvements.
• Drive successful transitions and ensure operational readiness across People services.
• Track and deliver transformation benefits, ensuring delivery of financial, operational, and employee experience outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Project Management, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certifications are a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Transformation, Program Management, Consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, operating model, or organizational change initiatives in a regional or global environment.
• Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success influencing and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience leading change management, transitions, and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and geographies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets, business cases, and value realization is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected starting compensation range for this position is 296800,0 PLN annually (gross). Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. This role is eligible for an annual bonus, based on performance and eligibility.
