Summary

We are seeking an experienced OpenShift and IBM FileNet Consultant to lead the strategic management, integration, and optimization of enterprise content management solutions within our IT Services environment. This pivotal role demands a professional with over eight years of specialized expertise who can navigate complex digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless migration, robust integration, and continuous production support. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical authority, bridging the gap between legacy content systems and modern containerized architectures to drive operational efficiency and data governance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute migration strategies for IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) and IBM Enterprise Records (IER) systems, ensuring data integrity and minimal business disruption.
• Design and implement containerization solutions using OpenShift to modernize existing IBM FileNet P8 deployments and enhance scalability.
• Provide high-level production support and troubleshooting for the entire IBM content ecosystem, including IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
• Manage end-to-end integration projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align content management capabilities with broader business objectives.
• Facilitate technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions, leveraging strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Maintain system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring, patch management, and optimization of containerized environments.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience within the IT Services sector, specifically focusing on enterprise content management.
• Demonstrate deep proficiency with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) and IBM Enterprise Records (IER).
• Show advanced expertise in IBM FileNet P8 architecture and IBM Content Navigator (ICN) customization and administration.
• Have proven experience in migrating legacy content systems to OpenShift Containerization platforms.
• Exhibit strong capabilities in system integration, data migration planning, and production support lifecycles.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business leaders.
