Nursing Superintendent (Matron) Needed for a Hospital in Surat, Gujarat

Job Opening: Nursing Superintendent (Matron)

Location: Puna Patiya, Surat

Salary Range: ₹5–6 LPA

Experience: 6 to 8 years in hospital nursing with supervisory responsibility

Role Overview

Responsible for overall supervision of the nursing department, ensuring patient care quality, staff discipline, documentation accuracy, NABH compliance, infection control, and training across ICU, Wards, OT, Emergency, Cath Lab, Dialysis, and OPD.

Requirements

B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑management skills
Ability to manage emergencies and staff challenges calmly
