How will you fit in the big picture?

The Manager, Risk Management & Compliance serves as a subject matter expert responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating organizational risks while strengthening compliance programs across the business. This role partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to design risk management processes, ensure regulatory compliance, support audits and investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that safeguard critical business assets.

What will you do?

• Provide advanced risk analysis and advisory support to identify and mitigate complex business risks.
• Assess risk exposures using analytical tools and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop and enhance risk management, monitoring, reporting, and mitigation processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and interpret compliance requirements for the business.
• Update controls, policies, processes, and documentation to align with regulatory expectations.
• Conduct compliance audits, investigations, and reviews to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive actions to reduce recurrence risk.
• Support regulatory approvals, licensing activities, and permit management processes.
• Ensure training compliance and maintain alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen governance, compliance readiness, and risk management practices.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience:

5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, auditing, governance, investigations, or related areas. Strong knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation, regulatory compliance, auditing practices, root cause analysis, investigations, internal controls, and risk management frameworks is required.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
