How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Primarily focused on defining, analyzing, identifying and, improving business processes that increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve the overall performance of the practice. Provides recommendations for process improvements and optimizations based on data analysis and best practices. Performs research, analysis and, strategy development based on data gathered, verified and processed. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and analyzing process performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring that new systems are configured to meet the business requirements and that any customizations are in line with best practices
• Developing process manuals and user guides to support end-users in their day-to-day activities
• Reviewing on-boarding process for new acquisitions and conducting post-on-boarding evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the processes and identify areas for improvement and collaborating with relevant departments to develop and implement a comprehensive on-boarding plan for new acquisitions
• Creating and maintaining training materials, along with training programs for employees on new and revised processes, procedures, and policies.
• Manages a small to mid-sized team consisting of lower level Managers (M2) and seasoned Professionals.

Responsibilities typically include:

• Responsible for policy and strategy implementation.
• Implements sub function (job family) and function or Division policies and strategies for short-term results (1 year or less).
• Handles problems that are difficult and moderately complex.

About you

Qualifications:

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.
