Position Overview

Lead Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement across Operations and Shared Functions, driving measurable improvements in delivery, quality, productivity, cost, inventory, supply chain, and overall business performance. Partner with Operations, SCM, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and other functions to improve process maturity, strengthen business performance, and deliver sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive CORE / Lean / Operational Excellence deployment and continuous improvement across Operations and Shared Functions.
  • Lead MPS & SIOP maturity improvement, including demand/supply balancing, capacity planning, schedule adherence, and execution discipline.
  • Improve SCM performance through material availability, shortage reduction, inventory optimization, planning effectiveness, and supply chain responsiveness.
  • Drive supplier performance improvement across delivery, quality, capacity, process capability, and risk management.
  • Identify and eliminate systemic process gaps using VSM, Kaizen, structured problem solving, standard work, and data-driven improvement.
  • Build strong business and financial acumen, linking operational improvements to productivity, cost, working capital, and financial benefits.
  • Leverage data analytics, automation, AI/digital solutions, and performance dashboards to improve decision-making and process effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change management, governance, accountability, and sustainability of improvements.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, problem solving, and operational discipline.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, or Business Transformation.
  • Strong experience in CORE / Lean / Continuous Improvement and cross-functional transformation.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, MPS, SIOP, SCM, supplier performance, and business processes.
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen with ability to quantify improvement benefits.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing, and change-management capabilities.
  • Experience in Aerospace or complex manufacturing preferred.
