1. To reply the Legal Notices for PAN INDIA.

2. Analyzing the merits of the Civil and Consumer, PLA, Commercial Court, High Court cases and retrieve all the documents to defend the case.

3. Briefing the advocates with the instructions to defend the cases.

4. Vetting of written versions, Evidence, and all the required petitions and ensure filling of the same. Also ensuring that timely steps are taken in the matters.

5. Continuous follow ups with the advocates and update the same in the repository / legal management system.

6. Update the litigation status of all cases upon receipt of the orders and at various stages.

7. Taking Proactive steps to vacate the injunction orders in the cases where injunction orders are granted by the courts.

8. To take proactive steps in the cases where the vehicles are in stock for early delusion of the stocks.

9. To take proactive steps in recovering the security deposits deposited in different State Commissions.

10. To analyze the final orders and recommend appeal or compliance of the cases.

11. Timely recommendation and arranging payment of the advocate bills.
