About the Role:

The Logistics Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting logistics operations to ensure the efficient transportation, storage, and movement of goods while meeting customer requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner. The role focuses on managing day-to-day logistics activities, SAP transactions, purchase order execution, shipment coordination, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement. The position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration with contract manufacturing partners and Global logistics supply chain and maintaining high service performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations, SAP transactions, and shipment execution to ensure on-time product delivery.
• Coordinate purchase orders, ASN/SN management, and shipment performance with contract manufacturing partners.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, maintain reporting accuracy, and ensure SAP data integrity.
• Investigate operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support logistics compliance, insurance claims, and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and best-practice adoption across logistics operations.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and logistics transaction management.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills with strong analytical capabilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with experience in process improvement and root cause analysis.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to driving improvements, supporting the team, and sharing knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in logistics operations, shipping, supply chain, or related industries.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse management, transportation, distribution, and export management.
• Practical experience in purchase order management and shipment tracking.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
• Experience handling logistics reporting, compliance, and process improvement activities is preferred.
• Ability to work from the office as this is a mandatory Work From Office (WFO) role.
