How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Manages HR operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient function of the HR department and service delivery to the business and employees. May implement, and manage a variety of human resource programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and practices. May support annual processes related to talent management or pay administration, audits and various projects. May have up to one direct report.

Responsibilities typically include:

• Managing large projects or processes and/or products and systems with limited oversight from management.
• Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
• Facing function related problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
• Serving as an expert within own discipline.

About you

Qualifications:

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience.
