As the Lead SDE/Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. Job Description:

Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers to ensure code quality and project deadlines are met
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance
Develop scalable and resilient software solutions using best practices and following coding standards
Stay current with technology trends and continuously improve team processes and methodologies
Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members
Drive innovation and contribute to the evolution of the software development team
Act as a technical leader and advocate for software engineering best practices and principles within the organization
