Total Experience Required: 8–14 years of overall relevant experience (exact level determined based on candidate profile).

BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI experience is mandatory; candidates with 8–10+ years of BFSI experience will be considered for the more senior band of this role.

Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Engagement Type: Full Time - Permanent

Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview: We are looking for a candidate with a strong Portfolio Services background to support Transformation Leadership and the Group Transformation Office in shaping new ways of working and processes to optimise IWPB portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks (NFR) impact assessment and management to support change delivery across the IWPB Portfolio
• Develop an IWPB-specific approach and guidance for Data Control Impact Assessment and management, working in collaboration with the Group Data Office and IWPB Data Control teams
• Drive active risk management practice across the IWPB portfolio on identified non-financial risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Work with IWPB Portfolio Assurance to determine the continuous monitoring approach for NFR, including Data Control, across Tier-1 portfolios, and evaluate monitoring results for future improvement
• Expand engagement with the IWPB Business Risk & Resilience team to support the Operational Resilience agenda
