HRBP – BPO & Customer Success (Night Shift)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HR professional to be the dedicated HRBP for our BPO / Customer Success team on night shift. This is a floor-facing role for someone who is strong in employee relations, comfortable handling sensitive matters independently, and confident exercising judgment when senior leadership isn't immediately reachable.

Reports to: Head of HR, India
Shift: Night shift

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations (Core Focus)

• Primary point of contact for grievances, conflicts, and escalations on the floor
• Independently handle POSH complaints, retaliation concerns
• Build trust so employees feel safe raising issues early

HR Business Partnership

• Advise floor managers on performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters
• Provide real-time guidance during night shift when issues can't wait
• Drive retention and engagement strategies suited to a night-shift environment.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure attendance, leave, and exit processes run smoothly across shifts
• Maintain compliance with labor laws relevant to night-shift work (safety, transport, working hours)
• Keep accurate, confidential case documentation.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on employee relations exposure — ideally in BPO or high-volume operations
• Demonstrated experience independently handling POSH investigations and retaliation cases
• Working knowledge of Indian labor law, POSH Act, and shift-based compliance
• Night-shift / 24x7 operations experience preferred
• Sound judgment and comfort operating independently.

Competencies

• Employee relations expertise, discretion & ethical judgment, calm under pressure, strong conflict-resolution skills, fair, consistent policy application.

Education

• Bachelor's required; MBA/Master's in HR or related field preferred.
