Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Compliance Officer with strong experience in statutory compliance, documentation audits, and labour laws in a plant/factory or manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and audit HR statutory records, employee files and compliance registers.
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, CLRA, EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Bonus and Gratuity.
- Manage contract labour and vendor compliance documentation.
- Coordinate statutory inspections, labour audits and internal audits.
- Verify attendance, wage records and statutory filings.
- Close audit observations and prepare compliance MIS/reports.
Requirements
- MBA in HR – Mandatory.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR Compliance / Statutory Compliance / Documentation Audit.
- Plant/factory/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Good documentation and audit-handling skills.
