Responsibilities

• Actively solicit and secure new business opportunities for credit card and loan products within the designated market.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend appropriate financial products that meet customer requirements.
• Guide prospective clients through the entire application and approval process, ensuring a seamless and compliant customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details in the company database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product features, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of proven experience in sales, specifically within the credit card or lending sector.
• Strong understanding of financial products, including interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive sales targets and manage a high-volume pipeline effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
