Job Description

B.Sc. / BCA (2025 or 2026 pass-outs)
No prior experience required

Role Overview

Provide first-level IT support to users, assist with device setup, basic troubleshooting, IT asset management, and workplace technology support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assist with user onboarding and device provisioning
• Log and track support tickets
• Maintain IT asset inventory
• Provide professional end-user support

Qualifications

Requires a two year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires knowledge of data scopes, patch panels, modems, concentrators, associated terminals, and network management software. Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication skills required.
