The position also includes providing strategic guidance to the team to deliver value to clients and support overall business objectives, fostering a dynamic and results-oriented work environment.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve financial processes and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align financial goals with business strategies.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis within SAP environments.
• Experience in managing financial controls and compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision-making.
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
• Competence in identifying and mitigating financial risks in commercial settings.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
