Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer with strong expertise in Python development, API integration, containerized application development, and modern cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining scalable applications and services while ensuring reliability, observability, and operational excellence.

This role requires hands-on experience with API-based integrations, debugging distributed systems, Docker containerization, Kubernetes deployments, and emerging AI/LLM technologies.

Job Description

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications and backend services using Python.
• Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

API Development & Integration

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Build reliable data connections between enterprise applications and external platforms.
• Troubleshoot API failures, latency issues, and service reliability concerns.
• Design resilient integration patterns with proper error handling and retry mechanisms.

Application Support & Troubleshooting

• Debug and resolve issues across distributed applications and microservices.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify root causes and optimize system performance.
• Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and post-incident reviews.
• Support production environments and ensure application uptime and reliability.

Observability & Monitoring

• Implement structured logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Monitor application health using logs, metrics, and basic distributed tracing.
• Create dashboards and alerts to proactively identify operational issues.
• Support performance analysis and capacity planning activities.

Containerization & Kubernetes

• Build, package, and deploy applications using Docker.
• Create and maintain container images following security and optimization best practices.
• Deploy and manage applications within Kubernetes environments.
• Troubleshoot Pods, Deployment failures, and application logs.
• Perform basic Kubernetes scaling and operational tasks.
