Engagement Manager

Engagement Managers oversee cybersecurity engagements and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include developing engagement strategies, leading security projects, and ensuring successful outcomes. You will work with stakeholders to address security challenges and provide strategic insights. Strong experience in cybersecurity and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various business groups including Asset, Risk management to identify data/analytics initiatives.
• Hypothesize solutions, test, experiment with latest tool/technologies and deliver advanced solutions across business process.
• Monitor progress of deliverables on daily basis and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Ensure Industry best practices are followed, and necessary documentation is in place.
• Communicate and follow up with delivery.
• Identify opportunity for experimentation including LLM model development use cases and scale successful POC.
• Team for efficient client communication and Project Management.

Qualifications

• Overall, 6-10 years of experience.
• Experience with Finance domain with focus on asset/investment management background.
• Problem solving – open ended and methodology driven.
• Managerial experience in leading analytics teams including career management of offshore staff, training, recruiting.
• Ensure optimal utilization of offshore resources.
