Job Summary

We are looking for an Embedded Firmware Engineer (Contractor) to join our NFC firmware team, focusing on low-level firmware development, pre-silicon validation, silicon bring-up, and Firmware stack optimization. The role involves working with cross-functional global teams and requires strong expertise in embedded systems and hardware-software debugging.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop firmware for ARM Cortex microcontrollers (M33/M0+)
• Work on low-level software, boot architecture, and interfaces
• Develop NFC communication stacks
• Develop Test specification for the NFC communication stacks.
• Work with I2C, SPI, SPMI, Inter-processor comm, and SWP interfaces
• Pre-silicon validation using RTL and FPGA
• Perform silicon bring-up and debugging
• Post-silicon validation
• Optimize Memory, performance, and power
• Collaborate with global firmware teams

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Electronics/Embedded Systems

Experience: 5–8 years in embedded firmware development

Mandatory Skills

• C/C++
• ARM MCUs
• communication protocols
• Highly skilled on Pre-silicon validation using RTL and FPGA, debugging tools (HW&SW), Prompt Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• NFC or contactless technology exposure
• Pre-silicon validation and Silicon bring-up experience
• Python/scripting knowledge
