The Role

The Electrical Developer is responsible for the design, development, testing, validation, and continuous improvement of low-voltage induction motors. The role involves electrical design calculations, selection of motors for various applications, performance optimization, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Technical interaction with Sales, Customers, Consultants for motor selection for various industrial applications.
• Study specifications, make motor selection and prepare documentation with technical offer.
• Perform motor electrical design calculations.
• Use SAP system to identify required technical details.
• Support customer-specific and non-standard (NSTD) development projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and quality requirements.
• Evaluate test results and implement design improvements.

• Proficient in SAP for BOM creation, modification, and maintenance.
• Previous experience in motor manufacturing.
