EBS Resource Management Lead acts as a critical anchor for organizational structure, driving alignment between talent capacity and long-term business goals for the global EBS. Works with the global EBS Planning team on headcount and budget planning from a forward-looking, strategic perspective. Assists in the execution of organizational design and collaborates with HR and other stakeholders on complex reorganizations, and coordination of global talent movements.
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance, human resources, organizational development, or a related analytical discipline.
Three (3) years' work experience in resource management, finance, organizational design, workforce planning, or related HR/business strategy functions, including experience working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and/or Communications. Customer-focused orientation.
