POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Infrastructure & Reliability organization is seeking an accomplished engineering and IT leader to serve as Director of Infrastructure Engineering.
This role blends strategic leadership, deep cross-domain technical competency, platform engineering modernization, and organizational stewardship for our APAC employees. As a core engineering director, you will drive modern platform engineering practices and provide technical direction across multi-cloud (AWS and Azure) and on-premise platforms, network engineering, Linux and Windows engineering, and SRE support for a variety of internal services.
Simultaneously, you will serve as the site lead for all India-based team members across the Infrastructure and Security organization, including those outside your direct reporting hierarchy. You will champion site culture, foster cross-functional alignment, ensure operational continuity, and act as a pivotal regional escalation point for our internal stakeholders in product, manufacturing, and customer support organizations within the APAC region.

- Core IT Services: Maintain comprehensive technical understanding of enterprise and hybrid data center and office services, including networks, core IT services (DNS, DHCP, PKI), perimeter security, routing/switching, and technical service suites and capabilities.
- Platform as a Product: Support infrastructure teams focused on cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Support sustainable engineering practices, including systematic intake, driving infrastructure management practices, and modern configuration management.
2. REGIONAL ESCALATION AUTHORITY
- Site Stewardship: Serve as the senior site leader for our Hyderabad office, cultivating an inclusive, high-performance human-first culture, representing local employees to leadership, and driving community and cross-team engagement.
- Matrixed Leadership: Provide mentorship and operational guidance for India-based teams and employees who report into management teams across the organization.
