Duties and Responsibilities

• Disbursement processing on Finnone & Strong Knowledge of Lending module is must.
• Knowledge of Cancellation & rebooking of loans will add advantage
• Well versed with customer 360 as need to collect the customer history from customer history to analyze the exact issue of complaints.
• Managing various request flows over mail & CRM portal for CDPL/EPL/SFPL.
• Daily Monitoring of BTTP recon & Act upon clearance of Open Items by taking corrective actions.
• Making follow up with internal stakeholders such Sales
