We have an exciting opportunity for you to enhance your career by innovative banking solutions.
As a Data Management Senior Associate within the Chief Data Office (CDO) Data Catalog Governance team, you ensure the accuracy, completeness, and usability of the Data Catalog while collaborating with diverse business and technology partners. You support Consumer & Community Banking lines of business, product teams, and functional partners by delivering catalog reporting and insights that enable effective metadata change management, workflow oversight, and data quality monitoring. You help shape and implement data governance strategies, promoting adoption of standards, processes, and frameworks across business domains. You maintain and enhance end-to-end data lineage across platforms, including application-level, key data element (KDE), and table/column-level lineage, ensuring traceability throughout the data lifecycle. You align lineage practices with data governance, risk, control, and regulatory requirements, contributing to the evolution of lineage maturity models and success metrics. You work closely with technology and product teams to identify and remediate data lineage gaps in the Data Catalog and partner with Data Quality and Controls teams to map critical controls to data flows. You provide governance oversight for business-owned applications, acting as a data authority to support compliant and well-managed data usage. You build strong relationships with Controls, Product, Data Owners, and Technology stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional efforts and promote consistent governance practices. You deliver insights and recommendations that support both tactical fixes and strategic solutions for data lineage and catalog issues. You continuously evaluate and champion opportunities to automate lineage collection, validation, and stewardship activities to improve efficiency and governance effectiveness.
