Corporate Relationship - Assistant Manager (Training & Placement)

needed from Hyderabad for an Engineering college in Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Job Description

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Hyderabad; occasional travel to main campus as required

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain corporate relationships for student placements and internships.
  • Liaise with HR teams of companies to secure placement opportunities.
  • Organize campus drives, interviews, and training sessions for engineering students.
  • Develop industry tie‑ups and MoUs to enhance placement opportunities.
  • Track placement statistics and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related field.
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College/Institute.
  • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
