Corporate Relationship - Assistant Manager (Training & Placement)

needed from Delhi for an Engineering college in Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Job Description

Location: Delhi

Work Mode: Work from Delhi; occasional travel to main campus as required

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Develop corporate tie‑ups and ensure placement opportunities for engineering students.
  • Coordinate with companies for campus drives and recruitment processes.
  • Organize training programs to enhance student employability.
  • Prepare placement statistics and submit reports to management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and recruiters.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related field.
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College/Institute.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
