Corporate Relationship - Assistant Manager (Training & Placement)

needed from Chennai for an Engineering college in Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Job Description

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Chennai; occasional travel to main campus as required

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and strengthen corporate partnerships for placements and internships.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and HR managers to arrange placement drives.
  • Conduct training workshops and pre‑placement sessions for engineering students.
  • Maintain placement records and prepare MIS reports.
  • Collaborate with faculty and management for smooth placement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related field.
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College/Institute.
  • Excellent communication and corporate relationship‑building skills.
