Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with significant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
  • Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Tax.
  • Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, and financial close processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies, configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment.
  • Good understanding of FBDI, HDL/ADF concepts, REST/SOAP integrations, and functional aspects of Oracle interfaces.
  • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Financial Reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead functional teams in complex global implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Financials certification(s).
  • Experience in multi-country/global rollouts and localization requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Oracle implementation methodologies.
  • Prior experience as a Functional Lead / Solution Lead in Oracle Cloud Finance projects.
