Job Description

Hands-on configuration in demand planning and supply planning optimizer functionalities within SAP IBP capabilities.

Collaborate to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP IBP solutions, optimizing forecasting, demand management, supply planning with supply chain optimization.

Modifies, maintains, and updates IBP and Cloud Integration (CI-DS) configuration.

Document major processes and development milestones.

Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of application systems and industry requirements.

Assist in data mapping, data migration and integration activities.

Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the implemented solutions, verifying configuration settings.

Resolve complex issues and provide technical support during and after SAP IBP implementation projects.

Stay up to date with best practices and follow standards.

Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

8+ years of overall SAP ERP implementation experience.

4+ years of relevant hands-on experience with SAP IBP Demand, Supply & Response, RTI.

Hands on experience with Core Interface (CIF) and custom implementations.

In-depth knowledge on Phantom BOM’s, WC’s, Routings and custom PDS.

Ability to collaborate in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Experience in implementing agile techniques (Scrum) and methods.

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
