We are currently seeking a Business Consultant - UX Designer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Title: UX Designer

Department: Product Design / Digital Experience

Experience: 2-8 Years (can be adjusted based on requirement)

Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into user-centered designs that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Analyze user behavior, customer journeys, and business requirements.
  • Create user personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, and user flows.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
  • Ensure consistency across products by following established design systems and UI standards.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
