Total Experience Required: 8–12 years of overall relevant experience.

BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.

Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).

Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview: A generic Transformation BA with good experience across any banking domain. A background in global delivery of data projects, along with awareness of the client's core systems and ways of operating, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for analytics/data transformation initiatives
• Support global delivery of data projects, working within a banking domain context
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology and data teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and actioned
• Support UAT, validation, and delivery tracking activities as needed

Required / Must-Have Skills:

• Transformation BA experience within a banking domain
• Background in global delivery of data projects preferred

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of analytics / data / wealth project experience would be beneficial but is not mandatory
