About the Role

The selected candidate will work as a Process Automation Analyst, supporting EMEA delivery teams and stakeholders in identifying, analyzing, and implementing automation opportunities. This is a client-facing role that combines business analysis, stakeholder management, process improvement, automation support, testing, documentation, and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze automation opportunities across delivery teams.
  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Analyze processes, data, and pain points to drive operational improvements.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based solutions, reports, and analyses.
  • Support Power Automate solutions and automation initiatives.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, deployment, and adoption activities.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Business analysis and process mapping experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate)
  • Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Office Scripts, or Power Apps
  • Exposure to process improvement and automation projects
