Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and research-oriented Assistant Professor to join the MBA department at an autonomous college in North Bangalore. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Operations (with a focus on Supply Chain), mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence through research and curriculum development. The candidate will also actively participate in academic initiatives and institutional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate-level instruction in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Operations
• Develop and update course materials, syllabus, and assessments aligned with industry standards
• Mentor students in academic and career development
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and academic committees
• Contribute to institutional initiatives related to teaching innovation and student engagement

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Management or in the final stages of Ph.D. with a full-time first-class MBA
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in recognized MBA institutions
• Full-time MBA with minimum of 55% marks from a reputed Indian university
• Demonstrated record of research publications in reputed journals
• Preference given to candidates from Bangalore, Karnataka, South India, or Maharashtra
• Immediate availability to join, with tentative joining in the last week of September/October 2026
