We are looking for a motivated and hands-on AI Engineer III to join our CX Services team at F5. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy applied AI, NLP, and Generative AI solutions across our end-to-end enterprise ecosystem including Salesforce, Azure DevOps, Dell Boomi, Oracle Apps, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Tableau and Teams. A core focus of this role is applying AI to test automation building intelligent, self-healing automation that reduces manual QA effort and accelerates release quality. You will collaborate with QA engineers, business analysts, platform engineers, and solution architects to implement scalable AI & test automation. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong foundation in Python, LLMs, machine learning, and test automation who is eager to deliver measurable business impact across enterprise service delivery.
