Could you be the person who helps build the future workforce for Adult Learning Disability Services? As our Training and Service Development Manager, you'll play a key role in a major programme of transformation, helping to create a skilled, engaged and sustainable workforce. Working alongside senior leaders, you'll lead workforce planning, learning and development, recruitment and retention initiatives, and improvement projects that support high-quality, person-centred services for adults with learning disabilities. Things to note

An enhanced with barring police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government. Please note a relocation package is not available for this role.
