Senior Account Manager

We are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to own our biggest and most strategic partners and markets end to end - setting the standard for how we grow, and helping the wider team do the same.

Purpose

The Senior Account Manager owns our biggest and most strategic partner relationships and is accountable for the revenue we make together — building the plans, leading the toughest commercial discussions, and holding the relationships that turn our content into performance. As one of the most experienced people in the team, the role sets the standard others look to.

Key responsibilities

• Build the growth strategy. Create and own 12-month strategies for our largest and most complex partners and markets. For each partner, to grow the size of their whole pie rather than just our slice. For each market, to grow faster than the market itself.
• Sell consultatively with data. Interrogate performance data and use it to back recommendations with partners.
• Know and upsell the product. Be passionate about our content and tools, understanding how they grow a partner.
• Grow wide and deep relationships. Hold strong relationships across the partner's functions, up to a senior level, to keep engagement high and delivery on track.
• Own commercial discussions end to end. Independently manage our most complex negotiations and full commercial relationship, unafraid to challenge the partner to reach the right outcome.
• Support new market entries. Identify opportunities in new markets and confidently deliver market launch plans.
• Lift the team. Set an example for other Account Managers through coaching and support, and a key contributor to team meetings and projects.
• Learn the technical setup. Get to know the opportunities and limitations of a partner's platform and tech.
• Understand marketing lifecycles. Stay close to the audience and marketing lifecycles that drive traffic.
• Report and stay disciplined. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting, and follow CRM processes.

ESSENTIAL

• Substantial commercial and account-management experience in iGaming
• A proven track record in key account management, growing revenue across major accounts
• Confident leading complex commercial negotiations end to end
• Comfortable reading performance data and turning it into clear recommendations
• Confident building relationships face-to-face, with a willingness to travel to partners

PREFERRED

• A university degree
• Additional languages
