About the role

Could you lead the conversation on road safety and help shape safer journeys across the Isle of Man? As Road Safety Manager, you’ll take the lead in delivering the Isle of Man Government’s Road Safety Strategy, turning priorities into practical action and working with partners to address some of the Island’s most important road safety challenges. From analysing collision data and identifying emerging trends to developing interventions that influence behaviour, you'll play a central role in improving road safety outcomes across our communities.

Working closely with the Road Safety Partnership, senior leaders, government departments and external organisations, you'll provide expert advice, develop policy, prepare reports and help drive initiatives that make a measurable impact.
