About the role

Could you shape the future of healthcare by leading the people, culture and workforce strategy behind it? As Director of Workforce and Culture, you will take on one of the most influential leadership roles within Manx Care, providing strategic direction across workforce planning, organisational development, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, wellbeing, and engagement. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Board, Executive Leadership Team and clinical leaders, you will help ensure the organisation has the capability, capacity and culture needed to deliver safe, effective and compassionate healthcare services for the Isle of Man community.
