About the Opportunity

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and commercially minded Social Media Content & Growth Executive to work directly with the CEO & Founder of HuntHire. This role goes beyond social media management. You'll help build a personal brand, create engaging content, manage podcasts, grow an education business, build partnerships, and support strategic projects. What You'll Do

Personal Branding & Content Creation

• Plan and produce approximately 30 pieces of content per month across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Edit short-form videos, design carousels, and write engaging captions.
• Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor content performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation and improve productivity.

Podcast Production

• Research engaging topics and identify potential guest speakers.
• Coordinate guest schedules, recording sessions, and publishing timelines.
• Manage podcast publishing and optimize YouTube content.
• Repurpose podcast episodes into short-form videos and social media posts.

Career Design & Business Growth

• Build partnerships with universities, communities, and organizations.
• Promote classes and workshops through relevant marketing channels.
• Manage participant communications and coordinate online sessions.
• Manage relevant digital platforms and support marketing and business development initiatives.

Executive & Business Support

• Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Conduct market research, update CRM records, and prepare presentations.
• Support administrative tasks and strategic projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools, with proficiency in Canva.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• A creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently.
• Confidence in communicating and collaborating with professionals, founders, and business leaders.
• Experience in content strategy, brand marketing, podcast production, community building, partnerships, or business development will be an advantage.
