Senior performance marketing specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and scale paid acquisition across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and relevant performance channels.
• Optimize campaigns toward qualified leads, bookings, revenue, CAC, and margin, not just CPL.
• Lead audience, creative, funnel, tracking, attribution, and landing-page testing to improve profitable growth.

We're Looking For:

• 4 - 6+ years in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, Growth Marketing, or Digital Acquisition.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads with experience managing significant budgets.
• Highly analytical with strong understanding of full-funnel acquisition, tracking, attribution, and unit economics.

Strong Advantage:

• Experience scaling paid acquisition in travel, e-commerce, fintech, marketplace, D2C, consumer tech, or high-ticket businesses.
