Your Impact as Senior Manager Warehouse & System Implementation at Consumer Retail Sector

As a strategic operations leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of operational excellence across DHL Supply Chain Indonesia. You will lead transformational initiatives that enhance warehouse productivity, accelerate system adoption, support customer implementations, and drive sustainable efficiency improvements across the network.

Lead Warehouse & Customer Implementations

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new warehouse operations, customer onboarding projects, and operational expansions.
• Ensure successful project execution, stabilization, and transition into business-as-usual operations.
• Develop implementation strategies, governance frameworks, timelines, and resource plans to support successful delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Champion System & Digital Implementations

• Lead deployment of warehouse management systems, operational technologies, automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure successful system readiness, testing, training, and user adoption.
• Partner with IT, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to maximize implementation effectiveness.
• Drive governance and compliance for operational systems and digital solutions.

Drive Warehouse Efficiency & Productivity Transformation

• Lead warehouse efficiency programs focused on productivity improvement, cost optimization, service quality, and operational consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve labor productivity, space utilization, process flow, inventory handling, and asset utilization.
• Establish operational benchmarks and performance improvement roadmaps that support sustainable growth.
• Champion data-driven decision making through operational analytics and performance insights.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver measurable business impact.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, IT, Engineering, Finance, HR, Business Development, and Customer teams.
• Ensure alignment between project implementation requirements and operational capabilities.
• Support implementation readiness and capability development across operational teams.
• Drive collaboration to ensure successful project execution and operational sustainability.

What We're Looking For

• ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• ✅ 10-15 years of experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Operations, Project Management, or Operational Excellence environments
• ✅ Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
• ✅ Proven experience leading warehouse implementations, customer start-ups, site expansions, or operational transformation projects
• ✅ Strong experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), operational systems deployment, and digital transformation initiatives
• ✅ Demonstrated success in warehouse productivity improvements, labor optimization, process standardization, and cost-saving programs
• ✅ Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously
• ✅ Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills
• ✅ Strong analytical mindset with experience using operational data to drive decisions
• ✅ Business-level English proficiency
