Job Description

1. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with approved formulations and perform random checks on the control systems.
2. Conduct in-process quality inspections from grinding to bagging-off stages and determine the production status (Approved, Quarantine, or Rejected).
3. Prepare and maintain daily reports on in-process quality, bagging activities, and corrective actions during operations.
4. Report quality testing results, follow up on quarantined products, and support internal audits related to production processes.
5. Maintain equipment and the work environment while implementing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives within the QC In-Process function.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Fisheries, Animal Science, Biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production Quality, or Laboratory functions within the manufacturing, feed, food, or related industries.
• Good understanding of production processes, in-process quality control, quality testing methods, and product quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, committed to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and 5S practices, and willing to be placed in Lamongan, East Java.
