Job Description

Process daily payment to supplier and ensure all documents are valid and align with SOP and matrix Approval.
Prepare scheduled vendor payment proposals based on approved invoices and payment due dates.
Prepare cash advance payment and reimbursement from employees as well as the settlement control.
Manage petty cash for daily transaction.
Perform bank and intercompany transaction reconciliation to support closing process.
Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and account reconciliations to support closing process.
Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in the appropriate accounting period.
Perform Monthly Balance Sheet Review.
Perform counterparty and ledger settlement to ensure the cleanliness and validity of the ledger.
Provide supporting documents and other necessary data for audit process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Minimum 1 years’ experience in related field
Knowledge of accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reconciliation.
Ability to use Microsoft office and ERP / Accounting Systems.
