General Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field relevant to the applied position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Eager to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a professional hospitality environment. Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Willing to follow hotel operational standards and work flexible hours when required by the department.
