At our manufacturing site in Indonesia, you will play a critical role in strengthening our Environment, Health & Safety culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will partner with teams across the organization to identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and help build a safe and sustainable workplace where people and business can thrive.

Your role includes:

• Supporting regulatory compliance activities and ensuring alignment with local EHS requirements.
• Leading incident investigations, identifying root causes, and driving corrective actions.
• Coordinating EHS training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives across the site.
• Conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
• Supporting audits, permit management, and interactions with government authorities on EHS matters.
• Promoting a strong safety culture by collaborating with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS within a manufacturing or chemical industry environment.
• Knowledge of local EHS regulations, compliance requirements, and permit management.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
• Relevant EHS certifications recognized in the local market.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
