Four Seasons Resorts Bali is looking for a Director of Food & Beverage.

About the role:

The Director of Food and Beverage forms an integral part of the Resorts' Leadership Team, driving key strategic, operational, and commercial decisions across both Bali resorts. In this dual-property leadership role, you will oversee the complete Food & Beverage operation across both Jimbaran Bay and Sayan—encompassing signature restaurants, beach club, vibrant bars, immersive in-villa dining, wellness-driven culinary programs, culinary academies, and bespoke private events.

The primary responsibilities for this position are to ensure exceptional food quality, beverage excellence, and service standards while driving innovation, concept development, and memorable guest experiences that strengthen the resorts' position as leading luxury destinations. This role oversees the division's financial performance through effective budgeting, labour management, cost control, and revenue optimisation, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability without compromising the guest experience. The role also develops strong partnerships with suppliers, industry associates, and local producers to support operational excellence, sustainability initiatives, and distinctive dining experiences that celebrate Bali's rich culinary heritage.

We are looking for individual who attracts, develops, and mentors talented teams, fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and excellence. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, adaptability, creativity, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. Maintaining a regular presence across both resorts, this position provides hands-on leadership during key operational periods, special events, and VIP visits, with flexible schedule. Some travels may be required.

What you bring:

• College degree, preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or business administration, or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of senior Food & Beverage leadership experience within world-class luxury resorts, five-star hotels, or high-volume, design-led lifestyle hospitality environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, optimise labour productivity, and effectively manage complex operating budgets and profit-and-loss performance.
• Passion for guest engagement and service excellence, with an unwavering commitment to creating exceptional, personalised experiences and building lasting guest loyalty.
• Visionary and innovative mindset with a strong understanding of global culinary, wine, and craft beverage trends, and the ability to translate them into compelling guest experiences.
• Outstanding leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and develop diverse teams across cultures and disciplines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with guests, team members, ownership, industry partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• Adaptable, resilient, and operationally agile, with the flexibility to support the demands of a dual-resort operation and travel regularly between Jimbaran Bay and Sayan as required.
